A certain lot or parcel of ground together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. Helena, State of Louisiana, in Section 55, T4S R5E, containing 0.135 acres, more or less, and described as follows: Begin at a point which is 667 feet South 81° 30 minutes East and 603.80 feet South 9° 30 minutes West and 183.00 feet South 87° East and 98.98 feet South 1° 17 minutes West of the N/W corner of the 13.5 acres tract according to W. A. Tycer map dated May 26, 1967, in Section 55, T4S R5E; thence South 1° 17 minutes West 73.87 feet; Thence South 86° 18 minutes West 78.99 feet; Thence North 1° 17 minutes East 76.10 feet; thence North 87° 55 minutes East 78.83 feet to the point of beginning per Survey and Map of David D. Lanier, PLS, dated April 23, 2003, and reference number 2967, described as Tract “B” attached to Donation Intervivos, recorded as Inst No. 086548, official records of St. Helena Parish; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
