Commencing at the N.E. corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, T4S-R6E, St. Helena Parish, Greensburg, Land District, Louisiana. Thence south 0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, distance of 419.33 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing south along said line a distance of 208.75 feet; thence north 89 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds west, a distance of 208.53 feet; thence north 0 degrees 00 minutes 000 seconds east, a distance of 208.75 feet; thence south 89 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds east, a distance of 208.53 feet back to the point of beginning. Together with all encumbrances and servitudes of record and comprising an area 1.0 acres, more or less.
Together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
