At approximately 6:30 last night the Chief of Police of Greensburg Chief Tim Brown's home caught fire and burned to the ground. According to authorities on scene the fire was caused by a faulty gas line in the fire place.

All contents in the home were lost, if you would like to donate anything please do not hesitate to contact the St. Helena Echo by calling 985-517-4869 or email stephanie.warren@tangilena.com.

Chief Brown has a five year old daughter who attends Oak Forest Academy. She wears a size six in clothes and her shoe size is 11 if anyone would like to donate items to the family.
